The woke indoctrination is complete. Women's sex-based rights, its first casualty.
Having submerged myself in the production of my upcoming documentary ‘Behind The Looking Glass’, I have not been able to set aside dedicated time for my ezine. However, a few worrying developments with regards to ‘gender identity’ ideology in India have prompted me to do a news roundup. A quick note to say that the hearing for legalising same-sex marriage is ongoing and I will do a deepdive into it once the hearing concludes; but suffice to say that parties on both sides of the arguments don’t have the interests of LGB at heart. As expected the conflation of sexual orientation and gender identity is at its peak, and grown men and women are pleading recognition for ‘trans’, ‘non-binary’, ‘queer’ and using embarrassing phrases such as “sex/gender assigned at birth” in the courtroom. The indoctrination seems complete, no matter which side the verdict lands.
Moving on to other news:
1) Hairy bearded man calling himself a bride, featured in Indian magazine
Extending his support to the petitioners of gay marriage in India, ‘transfeminine’ activist Alok Vaid-Menon decided to make the court proceedings about himself. Wearing a profoundly garish costume and makeup, speaking in platitudes about love and relationships, he was featured in the digital magazine ‘Brides Today’. Reduxx covered this story and exposed some of Menon’s views about, but not limited to sex and minor girls’ kinks. Genevieve Gluck said the following of Menon in the piece:
Vaid-Menon has been a strong proponent for “neutralising” women’s issues in order to make them “gender inclusive.” He has previously written about the importance of using gender neutral language when discussing abortion, pregnancy, or sex-based violence, also denouncing the term “women’s rights” as not being sufficiently welcoming to gender non-conforming people.
In 2020, Vaid-Menon was featured by menstrual hygiene company This is L and the Phluid Project – a “gender free” clothing and lifestyle brand based in New York – in a promotional video featuring individuals of varying “gender identities” to spread the message that periods are not specific to females. Vaid-Menon had endorsed this belief previously when, in 2019, he shared an article from Seventeen magazine, a publication aimed at girls and young women, titled “What Trans & Non-Binary Menstruators Should Know About Periods.”

I had the opportunity to speak about this obnoxious man and his claim to be a ‘bride’, an excerpt of which Gluck included in her piece:
India is an extremely caste-riddled society. Indian women across all castes experience profound violence in the hands of men. A large majority of women still live under acute poverty, devoid of basic sanitation, education, safety, or legal recourse. We are controlled by several factions of patriarchy with little to no freedom on matters such as marriage. India has one of the highest rates of honour killing and dowry deaths, where newlywed brides are tortured, burnt, sometimes murdered on the basis of sex.
For a man with caste and class privilege living so far removed from the everyday realities of Indian women, Alok Vaid Menon sure has the audacity to call himself a ‘bride’. And to import gender identity ideology as some form of progressive ticket to freedom is not just obscene, it is dangerous. A country that still kills the female newborns, blames young girls for “being raped,” gender identity is the last thing we want shoved down on us while we haven’t even saved ourselves from the existing misogyny.
Gender identity ideology might seem like a “solution” to many young women afflicted by sexual violence, lesbians being subjected to corrective rapes, girls who are told they will never be as good as the boys – but the only group of people profiting from this ideology are the corporations, medical and pharmaceutical industries. Men like Alok Menon are but promoters of said industries under the veneer of being progressive and inclusive. However, in reality, he is but a misogynist and every vapid word that comes out of his mouth is cult speak meant to deceive the gullible.
2. Bombay High Court orders all colleges to have the “online option to change name and gender” (sic) to minimise students’ trauma
The Bombay High Court has directed an educational institute to change the name and gender (sic) of a transgender student ‘X’ in its records and reissue documents in their chosen name and gender (sic). The court instructed all colleges across the state of Maharashtra to have an “online option to change name and gender.” “An institute cannot be permitted to force upon the petitioner a name, identity or a gender that the petitioner has chosen to reject in preference to some other,” the court said.
3. The following offices contain ‘gender neutral’ toilets
The real list could be quite long. These organisations were the only ones to boast about it.
Axis Bank: a listed company with more than 78,000 employees
Google: a multinational technology company
Microsoft: a global technology corporation
IBM India: a multinational technology company
Godrej Group: a conglomerate company
ThoughtWorks India: a global software consultancy
The Lalit Group: a luxury hotel chain, has implemented ‘gender-neutral’ toilets in some of its hotel properties in India.
4. The following educational institutions have ‘gender neutral’ hostels and toilets
These are just some among many educational institutions to have implemented ‘gender neutral’ hostels and toilets:
Tata Institute of Social Sciences – renowned social sciences institution in Mumbai
Public law school NALSAR
Tezpur University in Assam, a central institution
Indian Institute of Technology Delhi
Ashoka University, Sonipat – a private liberal arts university
Ambedkar University Delhi, a public university in Delhi
The University of Hyderabad
Amid the cacophony of media noise about “inclusive policies” the anecdotal stories I have heard from female students and employees go unpublished
“Gender-neutral washrooms are not just toilets. They are symbolic spaces that depict that the university is open to people from all genders, thus making an effort to provide a safe space for people across genders,” said Namami Sharma, professor at Tezpur University in an article. Assam happens to be the state that has the highest recorded crimes of violence against women. There is no mention or opinions of female students about potential infiltration into their safe spaces. While it is not clear whether sex-segregated spaces are still available, it is surprising that I could not find any dissenting voices online about such changes overall. Amid the cacophony of media noise about “inclusive policies” the anecdotal stories I have heard from female students and employees go unpublished.
5. The following companies provide HRT and SRS to its employees via insurance
IBM, Godrej, Lalit, Accenture, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, ADP, Procter & Gamble, Citibank, RBS, Capgemini, Tata Group – the insurance policies several features including, but not limited to, facial feminisation surgeries, paid leave for recuperation, double mastectomy and hysterectomy – the whole deal.
6. Increase in reported trans crimes
An 8-year-old boy was murdered by a trans identified male over an alleged financial dispute. However, Times Now reported that the local residents suspect the boy’s killing was a result of human sacrifice. Reduxx dug deeper into the case and uncovered some more information:
The suspect, identified as Imran Ali Khan, was arrested after CCTV footage emerged showing him carrying the boy’s corpse in a bag. The child’s body was discovered in a drain in Telangana last Friday morning. The boy, Abdul Wahid, had gone missing the previous day from his house in the Allauddin Koti area of Sanath Nagar.
In February, I reported on a man by name Sachu Samson who was convicted for raping a minor and plead innocence claiming ‘trans’ identity. The court used ‘preferred pronouns’ and placed him in the women’s prison estate.
In January, Narsimha Bichappa Shirvati, a 47 year old man was convicted and sentenced to seven years in prison for drugging and raping a woman in Mumbai. The judge, however, came to the conclusion that he was, in fact, not a ‘transgender.’ After his judgement, the media scooped it up like a piece of cake and called him “fake trans.” But could a man pretend to be a man pretending to be a man? According to the National Crime Records Bureau, there were 70 transgender prisoners in jails across the country in 2020. The Home Ministry said, “the self-identity of transgender persons must be respected at all times while conducting admission procedures, medical examination, frisking, clothing, requisitioning of a police escort, treatment and care inside prisons.”
These are just some of the examples from this year and yet more crimes go unreported. There is also a steady increase in the number of forced castration of minor boys- where even the doctors are complicit. You can read more about it on my ezine here.
7. Trans identified men can seek redressal under Domestic Violence Act 2005
According to the Bombay High Court, trans identified males now have the option to seek redressal under the Domestic Violence Act provided they “undergo gender (sic) reassignment surgery.” The judge decreed that “there is no manner of doubt that transgender persons or either a male or female who has performed a sex change operation are entitled to the gender of their choice.” He further observed,
“The word ‘woman’ in section 2(a) of the Act is no more limited to the binary of women and men and includes the transgender person also who has changed her sex in tune with her gender characteristics. Therefore, in my opinion, the Transgender who has performed surgery to change gender to a female, needs to be termed as an aggrieved person within the meaning of Section 2(a) of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005.” He went on to note, “It is, therefore, held that a person who has exercised his right to decide the self-identified gender of women is an aggrieved person within the meaning of Section 2(a) of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005.”
While I’m not condoning violence of any kind and fully believe everybody should receive protection under the law, it feels like an infringement. Especially as the Supreme Court has recently concluded the working of Domestic Violence Act to be dismal, with 470,000 reported cases pending to be heard.
8. Other shocking but expected consequences
A straight couple reversed their ‘gender identity’ and announced the birth of their child, whereby the male called himself “first transgender mother.” A filmmaker based in Kerala is set to make a mainstream film about their story. An ever increasing number of minors are taking to the internet seeking answers for their desperate desire to ‘transition’.

Indian adult males post repugnant pornographic pictures of themselves in the subreddit r/IndianSissies. Several courts have decreed that anybody can self identify as a woman, and have their passports printed with an ‘F’ marker by mere declaration.

Late last year, the BBC reported an unsurprising spike in cases of violence against women and girls in India. “Of the six million crimes that police recorded between 1 January and 31 December 2020, 428,278 cases involved crimes against women. It’s a rise of 26.35% over six years – from 338,954 cases in 2016. A majority of the cases in 2021 were of kidnappings and abduction, rapes, domestic violence, dowry deaths and assaults. Reportedly 107 women were attacked with acid, 1,580 women were trafficked, 15 girls were sold and 2,668 women were victims of cyber crimes.”
I’m well and truly heartbroken and there is nothing further to conclude other than what the BBC imply.

Maam,
Can you please watch Abhijit Iyer Mitra in this video at 36 minutes answer the question of what is a trans gender person?
https://youtube.com/watch?v=wg1LSx3V3-U
He is still giving a definition according to the historical Indian lens in this day and age without explaining that the modern woke activists including The CJI define it totally differently.
Can you please find a way to reach out to him because I think although he may be on our side, his confusion or not understanding that his answer is misleading will harm his and women’s effort in fighting this in India.
2nd try – forgot to add youtube link 1st time
I don’t fully follow your comment. Iyer Mitra is sounding like a woke addict. He is exaggerating the conditions of children with DSD. That’s not trans. I couldn’t watch the whole diatribe as it is super long and so mind numbing. But most of these woke advocates speak so passionately about the oppression but never speak of the material reality of the world. What they propose: clitoris being a penis etc – is not the language one should use in the first place.
Either way, I don’t think anyone would get back to me even if I wrote to them. That’s why I keep posting updates on my website hoping it provides a much needed resistance to the woke movement.
Thank you Maam, for your reply.
I do not blame you for not being able to watch, as it was very painful watching somebody mixing up transgender with dsd definitions.
But I promise you he is NOT WOKE – his has been on many Indian News Channels saying so, even in this particular youtube video he said that the American woke is garbage and the Indian LGBT leaders are in it for power and money. As a gay man he wants nothing to do with them.
Like Alice Dreger, he thinks of DSD / Hijra are marginalised but has not realised that the real world has moved on and the leaders of these people are now backing the TRA/Woke rights movement against the rights of lesbians, children and women and perhaps even the DSD / Hijra people in the long-term.
I will email Kushal Mehra of Carvaka Podcast to suggest that he has you as a guest. He is close friends with Abhijit Iyer Mitra.

He seems to have had Colin on his show. I’d be delighted to speak anywhere really. Because this issue is utterly confused to be some sort of civil rights movement that it is not.
